US President Donald Trump has shared a message concerning Pastor Andrew Craig Brunson not being released.
Stating that they will cut back on Turkey, Trump wrote:
“Turkey has taken advantage of the United States for many years. They are now holding our wonderful Christian Pastor, who I must now ask to represent our Country as a great patriot hostage. We will pay nothing for the release of an innocent man, but we are cutting back on Turkey”.

Secretary of Treasury also mentioned “sanction”
According to a report by Amerika’nın Sesi, another message came from US Secretary of Treasury Steven Mnuchin.
“We will impose more sanctions if Turkey doesn’t release Pastor Brunson”, Mnuchin said.
Pence and Sanders had reacted as well
US Vice President Mike Pence and White House Spokesperson Sarah Sanders had denounced Turkey surtaxing some US based products.
While Pence stated that Turkey is not to test the patience of Trump, Sanders said that tariffs imposed on products imported from Turkey will not be removed with the release of Pastor Brunson. (EKN/TK)
