10 more people have been detained due to their social media posts about Afrin. The number of arrestees during the social media operation has increased to 26.

10 more people have been arrested due to their social media posts about Afrin.
10 people including Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) provincial directors have been arrested by Niğde, Çanakkale and Antep criminal judgeships of peace.
According to the Ministry of Interior, 311 people were detained due to their social media posts on charge of “terrorism propaganda”.
The operation, which started on January 20, is on its 11th day today (January 30). At least 16 people were arrested on the 10th day. (AS/TK)
