Constitutional Court Abolishes Provisions Banning Assemblies, Demonstrations After Sunset

Reminding that meetings, assemblies and night marches would fall under the freedom of expression, the Constitutional Court abolished the provisions that provided that “meetings and marches must be ended before sunset, these should not be carried out on the roads and thus obstruct daily life”.
