Prison Uniform in New Statutory Decree
According to the statutory decree No. 696, those who are imprisoned over “crimes committed against Constitutional order” will be brought to hearing in almond and grey jumpsuit.

Two statutory decrees No. 695 and 696 prepared under State of Emergency (OHAL) were published in the Official Gazette.
According to the statutory decree No. 696, those who are convicted or arrested over “terror crimes” will have to wear almond and grey uniforms in case they are taken outside the penal institution.
Within this scope, those who are convicted or arrested of the crimes included in the fifth chapter entitled “Crimes Against Constitutional Order and Its Operation” will be imposed this clause.
According to the statutory decree, women convicts and prisoners may nor wear jumpsuit. Children and pregnant women will be exempt from the new regulation.
