Erdoğan Welcomed by Protesters in London

President and the Justice and Development Party (AKP) Chair Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who is currently in the UK as part of his three-day visit, was protested by a group of people who gathered in front of the Chatham House in the capital city of London, where Erdoğan would deliver a speech.
Earlier today (May 14), the press in the UK criticized the Prime Minister Theresa May for Erdoğan's visit to the country. The Guardian also reported that human rights organizations and citizens of Turkey who live in the UK called the country to condemn the arrests of journalists, opposition politicians and political activists.
Jane Kinninmont, the Senior Research Fellow and Deputy Head of the MENA Programme at Chatham House, posted the following tweet which shows the protests against Erdoğan:

Reporters Without Borders has made a call
The UK Bureau of the Reporters Without Borders (RSF) has also made a call for a protest to be staged tomorrow in Downing Street, where the Prime Minister's residence is located.
The UK Bureau Director of the RSF Rebecca Vincent reminded the arrested journalists by posting the following tweet with the hashtag #FreeTurkeyMedia:

Erdoğan will meet Queen Elizabeth II
As part of his official three-day visit to the UK, Erdoğan will also meet Queen Elizabeth II and Prime Minister Theresa May.
The official sources have reported that at the meetings to be held by Erdoğan in London, the development of bilateral cooperation between the two countries in priority areas such as economy, trade, security, defence industry and culture; the developments in Syria and Iraq; the recent developments in the region, especially Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action; Cyprus and the relations with the European Union (EU) will be discussed.
